Frank Thompson Hypnotherapy offers personalized hypnotherapy sessions aimed at overcoming addictions, including but not limited to cocaine addiction and gambling addiction. Sessions are available through Zoom (virtual sessions) or in person at our practice in Saltburn, North Yorkshire.
2. Client Responsibility
Eligibility: By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements.
Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your health, addiction history, and any other information relevant to the hypnotherapy treatment.
Commitment to Recovery: You agree to actively participate in the hypnotherapy process and remain open to following the guidance provided by your therapist. We expect that you are committed to making positive changes in your life and follow through with recommendations for your recovery.
3. Booking and Payment
Session Booking: To book a session, you can contact us via email, phone, or our website. You will receive confirmation of your appointment once your booking is processed.
Payment: All payments for sessions must be made prior to or at the time of the session. Accepted methods of payment include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or any other method specified by us.
Fees: The cost of hypnotherapy sessions will be communicated at the time of booking. Fees are non-refundable, except in the case where a session is canceled by the service provider.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, and the session will be treated as a "no-show."
Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. Rescheduled sessions will be subject to availability.
